MEAL PLAN TO LOSE WEIGHT WITH COMFORTABLE

Good night:

In this post I will not publish any diet or any miracles, but thanks to a television program broadcast in CanalSur Andalusia and is called the scale, I'll show in a series of post plans fortnightly food with the without starving, and took lost 8 kilos since early January.

Here I put my weight development from 106.6 kg of started with. Now I am in 98.7 kg. and a very comfortable way.
